Payment & Booking Policy

Pre-Payment required 24 hours prior to 1st scheduled session.
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancelling and rescheduling a session.
Full session fees will be charged if cancelled under 24 hour notification or no show.
All prepaid sessions are non-transferable and will expire after 6 months from the date of payment unless a special arrangement is made in advance.
No Refund will be given on unused prepaid sessions.
In-Home sessions are weather permitting. Service provider reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or change format of the session.
